Does Certiport detect cheating? ›

Certiport conducts periodic data forensics to identify patterns of aberrance in exam results that help detect cheating or content piracy. For example, forensic indicators such as types of responses, latency, pass rates, and retakes may reveal patterns of cheating, collusion, or piracy.

What score do I need to pass an exam? Most Certiport certification exam scores are reported on a scale of 1 to 1000, with a few using 1 to 100. The passing score for our certification exams is 700.

A proctored exam is an exam in which there is a person present to monitor and supervise students during the exam. These proctors will usually authenticate students' IDs, keep track of time, and watch students to make sure that they are following test guidelines and instructions.

Can you fail all exams and still pass a class? ›

Depends on the class. It's definitely possible to pass with a failing grade on tests in certain cases. As others have pointed out, if tests aren't worth a large portion of your final grade, or if the class has a large curve, it is possible.

C - this is a grade that rests right in the middle. C is anywhere between 70% and 79% D - this is still a passing grade, and it's between 59% and 69% F - this is a failing grade.

In fact, a “D” is considered passing in both high school and college, as it's above 60%. While a passing grade may be as low as 60%, you will want to aim higher for many reasons.

Print an official certificate

For some products, Certiport will mail professionally printed certificates to Test Candidates that pass their exams to the address entered in their account. However, all Test Candidates will have access to a digital certificate that can be printed at home.

Certifications are considered expired, if they are not renewed within the three-year period. If your certification has expired, the only way to get it back again is to pass the certification exam again.

Adobe uses a scale (that is, a sequence of numbers) from 300 to 700 when reporting your exam score. The raw passing score for each Adobe exam is mapped to the scaled score of 550.

As long as you have an enclosed, private and quiet location, a reliable device that satisfies the minimum system requirements (including a webcam) and a strong internet connection, you will be able to take your certification exam online.
