Il y a deux semaines, j'ai voyagé via Air Serbia de Belgrade à Vienne et retour. Depuis l'épidémie de Covid, c'était mon premier vol sur l'ATR, et j'avais hâte de découvrir la nouvelle série 600. J'ai acheté le billet en utilisant l'application mobile Air Serbia pour la première fois. D'après ce que j'ai vu, le coût du billet était environ 10 % moins cher sur l'application mobile que sur le site Web (avec un profil Web), mais le coût du siège et des bagages enregistrés était moins cher sur le Web - une différence mineure mais notable. L'application mobile a rendu l'enregistrement assez simple, mais j'ai dû utiliser le site Web pour le faire pour le voyage de retour car, pour une raison quelconque, l'application n'a pas reconnu les informations de vol et a renvoyé une erreur.

Depuis que j'ai reçu un message d'Air Serbia m'informant que je devais arriver plus tôt à l'aéroport en raison de travaux à l'aéroport Nikola Tesla de Belgrade, je suis arrivé environ 2,5 heures plus tôt. Même s'il y avait déjà un embouteillage devant l'aéroport, les choses allaient nettement mieux dans la zone d'enregistrement. Étant donné que la majorité des vols ce jour-là étaient programmés entre 6 et 7 heures du matin, la nouvelle zone avec les comptoirs d'enregistrement a l'air plutôt bien et n'était pas surpeuplée. Malheureusement, à l'étage supérieur, où se trouvent les passeports et le contrôle de sécurité, les choses étaient très différentes. La ligne de passagers atteignait pratiquement les escaliers et se trouvait dans une très petite zone qui était lambrissée. Au fur et à mesure qu'il continuait, il s'est divisé en plusieurs lignes ou soi-disant serpents. Heureusement, le jour de départ du voyage était un mardi, il n'y avait donc pas trop de monde ; cependant, je ne sais pas comment ce sera en été. Il a fallu 35 minutes au total pour passer à la fois le contrôle des passeports et le contrôle de sécurité. La construction de la nouvelle boutique hors taxes est à l'origine du contrôle de sécurité, il est donc possible qu'une fois les travaux terminés, cette zone soit encore agrandie. Comme j'ai été averti par le personnel de sécurité qu'il était interdit de prendre des photos, j'ai réussi à prendre une photo, et je n'ai pas pris de photos des installations de l'aéroport de plus.

L'embarquement s'est fait par la porte de bus C10b, située au rez-de-chaussée du nouveau terminal. Il y avait 54 passagers à bord, ce qui représente un coefficient de remplissage de 75 %. ATR 72-600, YU-ALY, un avion de huit ans avec 72 sièges en cuir noir, a opéré le vol. Deux jours plus tard, l'ATR roumain Air Connect, qu'Air Serbia loue depuis mars, devait effectuer le vol retour JU605. Lorsque je me suis enregistré le matin, l'avion avait déjà volé à Prague et devait voler à Vienne dans la soirée. Cependant, alors que je m'apprêtais à partir pour l'aéroport, j'ai vu que l'avion volait sous le nom de JU152 vers Budapest, avec un retard de 4 heures (il a décollé à 17 heures de Belgrade). J'ai supposé certains changements d'équipement étant donné qu'Air Serbia n'a pas envoyé de message informant les passagers du retard et que le vol semblait être à l'heure sur le site Web de l'aéroport de Vienne. Au moment de mon arrivée, l'aéroport était quasiment vide, en particulier la partie du Terminal 1, section D, où seuls des vols vers Belgrade et Tel-Aviv étaient prévus pour les heures du soir. En conséquence, la sécurité et le contrôle des passeports ont été terminés plus rapidement que je ne l'avais prévu, en quelques minutes.

Il est devenu évident que le vol serait retardé à l'approche de l'heure d'embarquement, mais ni les agents d'enregistrement ni aucune information ne s'étaient présentés. Le panneau d'information a annoncé une nouvelle heure, 22h40, à 21h. quand nous étions censés être dans les airs. Il s'agissait de fausses données car l'avion a quitté Belgrade à 21h20, il ne pouvait donc pas décoller de Vienne à ce moment-là. Il y avait environ 15 passagers en transfert sur le vol, la plupart d'entre eux se rendant à Larnaca et en Russie, il était donc évident qu'ils craignaient d'arriver à l'heure. Particulièrement parmi les voyageurs se rendant à Kazan, étant donné que le vol suivant n'était pas avant trois jours. Je dois préciser que la majorité des commerces et restaurants de l'aéroport fermaient à 21h00.

Après 2 heures et 45 minutes de retard, nous avons finalement décollé, 30 minutes avant minuit. Je peux dire que l'Air Connect ATR 72-600 (YR-ACB) âgé de 8 ans, qui a été opéré sur ce vol, était en parfait état. Je tiens à souligner l'espace pour les jambes, qui était plus qu'excellent. L'avion semblait avoir 2 sièges de moins que l'avion d'Air Serbia sur mon vol d'arrivée, pour autant que je sache. Je ne connais pas le facteur de charge exact sur ce vol, mais je dirais qu'il était entre 70 et 80 % plein. Il était intéressant d'écouter l'équipage (tous deux masculins) s'adresser aux passagers en anglais, en roumain, et notamment en serbe et en allemand. L'équipage était également assez sympathique. Leur dévouement était particulièrement évident lorsqu'une femme avec deux enfants a dû être séparée en raison d'une disposition ATR 2-2. Le commandant de bord ne s'est pas adressé aux passagers via l'AP pendant tout le vol et nous n'avons obtenu aucune information sur les raisons du retard. Le reste du vol s'est déroulé sans incident et comprenait le service habituel.

Quarante minutes après minuit, avec la turbulence modérée causée par des vents forts, nous avons atterri à l'aéroport Nikola Tesla de Belgrade. À mi-chemin de la piste, l'ATR s'est immobilisé, a fait demi-tour et a fait marche arrière vers la sortie de piste la plus proche, qui se trouvait juste en face de la porte A1. Une procédure à laquelle j'ai eu la chance d'assister pour la première fois à l'aéroport de Belgrade. Nous nous sommes garés derrière la porte A4. Le chef de cabine a demandé aux passagers de rester assis des rangées un à dix, en raison de l'équilibre de l'avion, mais bien sûr, tout le monde a sauté immédiatement. Ensuite, nous avons été conduits en bus jusqu'à l'entrée de la porte A4. Le contrôle des passeports était désert, alors j'ai rapidement traversé.

Le voyage ne s'est pas terminé là, cependant. Il était complètement impossible de trouver un taxi disponible. En conséquence, une file d'attente de passagers (je suppose également d'un vol précédent) s'est formée à la station de taxis improvisée sur le parking à côté des arrivées, exposée aux rafales de vent de Košava sans aucun abri. Et ainsi de suite pendant près d'une heure.
